Terms of Service for Starivora

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Star Observation & Celestial Blog services provided by Starivora (starivora.com), you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services
Star Observation sessions include guided night sky viewings, telescope setup, and interpretation of celestial events. Clients may request a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice. If a session is canceled due to weather or technical issues, Starivora will offer a new schedule or a full refund as outlined below. No refund is available if a client misses a session without advance notice.
3. Digital Products
Digital Products such as e-guides, star charts, and video tutorials are delivered via download. Once access is granted, these items are non-refundable unless defective. If a defect is reported within 7 days, Starivora will provide a corrected file or issue a full refund.
4. Merchandise
Merchandise including apparel and printed materials can be shipped worldwide. If an item arrives damaged or differs from the description, you may ship it back within 30 days of delivery for inspection. Following confirmation of the issue, Starivora will issue a refund or supply a replacement, at your choice.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Services: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method if a session is canceled by Starivora due to weather or equipment issues. Clients who request a new date at least 48 hours before the session incur no fee. No refund is possible for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Digital Products: Defective files reported within 7 days are eligible for a refund or replacement. All other sales are final.
Merchandise: Items shipped back within 30 days of delivery may be credited or replaced after inspection. Shipping costs for returns may apply.

All content on starivora.com is owned by Starivora. You may not reproduce materials without express permission.
